🔥 Summer Bash 2025 is coming to Cross Plains! 🔥
The Cross Plains Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for our BIGGEST event of the year — Summer Bash 2025 happening May 31st in Downtown Cross Plains — and we need YOU to help us make it unforgettable!
We are looking for amazing, energetic, and dedicated volunteers to work alongside our committee heads to help plan, organize, and execute one of the most exciting events of the summer! This is a huge community event and we can’t do it without YOU! ❤️
👉 We need volunteers in 3 categories:
🚗 Car Show Volunteers (5 Needed)
Help us make our car show a smooth, show-stopping success!
- Assist with car show registration and check-in
- Help line up and organize cars the day of the event
- Assist with award coordination and presentations
- Work with the Car Show Committee Head to plan ahead of time
- Be on-site during the event to ensure a flawless car show
🎶 Entertainment Volunteers (4 Needed)
Help us keep the party going all day long!
- Work with the Entertainment Committee Head to schedule and plan entertainment
- Assist with stage setup, sound checks, and show flow
- Coordinate with entertainers and performers leading up to the event
- Help manage crowd flow and schedules on event day
- Be the hype crew behind the entertainment that keeps the party rolling!
🛍 Vendor Volunteers (2 Needed)
Help us host a vendor market like no other!
- Assist the Vendor Committee Head with booth layout and assignments
- Help vendors find their setup location on event day
- Assist with vendor check-in and setup
- Be available for vendor support throughout the event
- Help make sure vendors have everything they need to be successful

- Each entry receives a poker scorecard with designated stops to draw a card.
- The best 5-card poker hand at the end of the run wins!
